Some things I did when trying to conceive that I feel helped me - just wanted to share in case this could help anyone out there!\r
~ Book: a MUST read!!\r
\r
~ Ovulation test: around the time you think you may be ovulating take this test and it will tell you for sure. Then you can get your timing right. If I didnt use these I would have been way off with my dates. Also used the ovia app.\r
\r
~ Vitex supplement: this is a supplement that helps build the lining of your uterus and balance your hormones. I started taking 3 a day for the first month and then 2 a day. \r

~ The best website I found is I followed all her advice and even made daily fertility smoothie and did daily fertility uterus massage. \r
\r
~ In addition I went on daily walks 30 minutes and also focused on reducing my stress levels which I feel is VERY IMPORTANT! I started getting a monthly massage, taking yoga classes and de-stress baths every other night and read a chapter from the book Dont Sweat the Small Stuff every night \r
