Chicken Qorma or Korma(Restaurant Style Chicken Curry)

An authentic real recipe of degi qorma,learnt by my late nani.just make it and recieve loads of appriciations from family and friends.\r

ingredients\r
chicken 1 kg\r
redchilli pwd 1.5 tbsp\r
coriander pwd 2.5 tbsp\r
salt 1 tbsp heaped\r
ghee 1 cup\r
onions 250 grs\r
garlic paste 2 tbsp\r
cloves 10\r
green cardemoms 6\r
black peppercorns 1 tbsp\r
jaifal (nutmeg) 1/4 tsp pwdered / javitri (mace) 1/4 tsp pwdered\r
black cardamom 2 +green cardamoms 4(grind only seeds) use all 4 ingredients when simmering.\r
curd 1.1/2 cups\r
kewra water 1 tbsp\r
safron 5,7 strings\r

method:\r
heat up ghee in a pan,\r
add onions and fry golden brown then grind in a dry mill.\r
add chicken and garlic paste.cook for 3,4 minutes untill all water from chicken dries.\r
add all spices and cook for 2 mins.\r
add fried onions and cook another 2 mins.\r
add curd.cook on med flame untill all water from curd dries and chicken gets tender.\r
add cardamoms pwd,nutmeg and mace pwd and kewra water.pour 1/2 glass of water.\r
simmer for 2 mins.\r
degi qorma is ready to eat.\r
