Boy Scouts of America Strips Off Logan Blythe's Badges

The Boy Scouts of America and the Utah National Parks Council are facing charge from the father of Logan Blythe, a 15-year-old boy with down syndrome, for stripping off his son's badges and suspending the boy's Eagle Project.
