Florida Massacre Inspires New Gun Laws In Vermont

Vermont, who is known to be a pro-gun, is changing it's tune in reaction to the recent mass shooting in Florida.
Vermont's Governor Phil Scott said he was impassioned and willing to limit his state's access to guns laws.
He wants to raise the legal age for all firearm purchases to twenty one and to require background checks.
Social Scientists believe these changes are happening because of student-run, anti-gun violence campaigns.
