This is a quick and easy potato vegetable polenta slice that you can make as a fast breakfast, lunch or dinner - or as an impressive dish to serve when having guests over!\r

2 tsp garlic powder\r
2 tsp celtic sea salt (coarse)\r

1 tbs mixed dried herbs (I use basil and parsley)\r
chili flakes to taste\r
