Gulab jamun or Gulaab jamun, is a milk-solids-based sweet mithai, popular in countries of South Asia and found in such as Indian cuisine, Sri Lankan cuisine, Nepalese cuisine (known as Lal Mohan), Pakistani cuisine and Bangladeshi cuisine.
