Italy v France Highlights (FIFA 18)

FIFA 18: Italy 3-1 France (Stew: 8/4/18)
Full game/Highlights video of my FIFA 18 international friendly against Stew, in which I beat his France 3-1 as Italy.
Lazio’s Ciro Immobile opened the scoring for Italy in the 25th minute but Stew pegged one back for France in the 30th minute with something special. PSG’s Kylian Mbappé found acres of space behind the Italian defence and smashed the ball in off the crossbar from the edge of the penalty area.
1-1 at half-time.
The game was officiated by card-happy referee Matthew Mzizi, who is currently voted “the worst FUT ref in FIFA 18” in a poll on Strawpoll.me https://www.strawpoll.me/14166598/r with a 46% share of the votes. I’d even warned Stew about Mzizi’s “attitude problem” prior to kick off and he stayed true to form in this game, dishing out cards for offences such as ‘a menacing stare’, a ‘look of intent’ and ‘forgetting to send a mother’s day card’.
If Stew needed any further convincing, he got it in the 71st minute when Mzizi awarded Italy a penalty and reduced France to ten players by issuing a straight red card to Real Madrid centre-back Raphaël Varane for what can only be described as a “perfect tackle” on Italy’s Federico Bernardeschi. Napoli’s Jorginho scored the resulting penalty making it 2-1 to Italy.
Not to be outdone by Stew and Kylian Mbappé, I upstaged him with Italy’s third goal in injury time at the end of the second half by scoring an absolute screamer of a goal with Federico Bernardeschi. The Juventus winger latched onto a loose ball forty yards out from goal and, with his right foot, he sent an unstoppable shot straight into the top corner of Hugo Lloris’ goal. The Tottenham goalkeeper had no chance and the look of disbelief on his face afterwards is priceless.
