Republicans Accuse Facebook Of Censoring Conservative Pages

Republicans accused Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg of liberal bias and censorship of conservatives. Specifically Congress members asked why conservative bloggers Diamond and Silk were being censored. Republicans said: “Facebook called them ‘unsafe to the community:’ that is ludicrous. They hold conservative views. That isn’t unsafe.” Yet according to social media analysis company NewsWhip conservative censorship is not a problem. According to their 2017 report conservative news organizations and commentators have done well on Facebook.
