6 ISIS flags spotted in Goalpara town sending the security apparatus in the state into a tizzy

As many as six flags of ISIS were spotted in Goalpara town sending the security apparatus in the state into a tizzy. The black flags with ‘is ne’ written across it with some Arabic inscriptions were hoisted at the old court building situated very close to Golapara town police out-post.
