Collecting Vehicle Virgins' New AMG E63 S... OR NOT! | VLOG

Parker from Vehicle Virgins flew over to Germany to collect his brand new Mercedes-AMG E63 S, so we jumped into my AMG GT R to put on some miles and take it back home to the factory in Stuttgart to get his new car... or not...!
The GT R may not have been in the cleanest state following my snow day drive in the previous video, but that didn't stop us hitting the Autobahns from Frankfurt Airport down towards Sindelfingen and the Mercedes-Benz Centre of Excellence. Customers from various countries around the world have the option of flying in and driving some miles with their cars before they are shipped back home - in this case back to Parker in California, USA.
However, upon arrival at the factory it became apparent that things weren't quite going to go to plan as unfortunately the E63 S was not quite ready and had been held back with a delay. After a tour of the S Class plant, and then a lovely lunch, we arranged a trip over to Affalterbach to see the engine plant and go for a short drive in an E63 S from the fleet there.
Not necessarily the day that was planned, but nonetheless still a very entertaining one, and great fun to meet up with Mr Vehicle Virgins! You can find Parker's video at: http://youtube.com/vehiclevirgins
