Basically it is worth getting Daedalus on Phantom assassin if u can live with the 5% crit chance loss while it is not worth getting more than 3 Daedalus on Pa or any other hero with based passiv crit spells.\r
On other heroes u can get up to 4 until its ineffective! ;)\r
