So the 17/18 Premier League has wrapped up. Pep Guardiola has led Man City to the title - clear of Manchester United and the rest of the chasing pack.
Arsenal and Chelsea have failed to reach top four, Burnley have qualified for the Europa League, Newcastle have ended up in the top half while Swansea, Stoke City and West Brom have all been relegated.
