As a child the baby- faced, red- haired Eric Smith was diagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder, a mental disorder causing him toin an unpredictable and violent manner. In addition, he was an adopted child that never made a connection with his family and a loner with a speech impediment tormented by bullies for his physical appearance. All that built up anger and emotional torment revealed itself on August 2, 1993. On that day, Smith encountered the 4 year- old Robie walking alone to a summer camp in rural Steuben County. He led him to a remote location where he tortured, strangled and sodomized his body, dropping large stones on his head.\r

New Mexico teen, Nehemiah was charged and convicted of murdering his entire family. In January, new in the middle of the night he shot his mother with a rifle and continued killing his brother and two younger sisters. He waited until 5AM for his father, a former pastor to return home and then fired multiple deadly gunshots. According to the police report, Nehemiah had suicidal and homicidal tendencies, and in his violent fantasies he was plotting to go to a populated area and kill innocent people. Fortunately, the 15 year- old mass murderer is serving his time in the Juvenile Detention Center.\r

Mary Flora Bell A.K.A. The Tyneside Strangler was born on 26th May 1957. She grew up in a filthy and sparsely furnished home in Newcastle, England. Her mother was a 17 year-old prostitute when she gave birth to what later can only be described as an “intelligent manipulative monster child”. She later married Billy Bell, an armed robber. All this fors contributed in Mary becoming a chronic liar and a troubled pupil with urges to hurt people. In 1968, the 11 year-old Mary caused a sensation when she killed the 4 year-old Martin and roughly two months later the 3 year-old Brian. They were killed by asphyxiation and mutilated with a razor and scissors. Mary Bell and Norma Bell, a girl not related to Mary were both arrested, but after nine days Norma was found not guilty. Mary was sentenced to life imprisonment, however she was released in 1980 with a new identity.\r

The youngest convicted murderers in Britains crime history are Jon Venables and Robert Thompson. On 12 February 1993, the 2 year- old James Bulger was enjoying a day at the New Strand Shopping Centre with his mother. He was abducted and murdered by the two 10 year- old boys. His body was found on a railway line two days later. Throughout the day, the boys were stealing various items and carefully selecting a target. They took James on a 4km walk across Liverpool till they reached Walton & Anfield railway station, when they started torturing him. One of the boys threw paint in his eyes and put batteries in his mouth. They stomped and kicked on him, throwing bricks and stones, until finally a 10.0 kg iron bar was dropped on him.\r

Edmund Kemper was a sociopath and a paranoid psychotic who shot his grandparents at the age of fifteen. He had been planning this sinisterfor some time and showed no regrets afterwards. In 1969, at the age of 21, Kemper was released from Atascadero State Hospital for criminally insane people. During the 1970s, Edmund went on a killing spree in Santa Cruz, killing 6 young women and earned his nickname “Coed Butcher.” His troubled childhood and bad relationship with his over- criticizing alcoholic mother ended in 1973 when he killed his mother and her friend.\r

But, Jesses crimes were ongoing and more vicious than anything you heard so far. He was a serial killer with a Master Degree in torturing. His thick criminal record includes ual torture of seven boys, murder of 4- year- old boy and 10 year-old girl and kidnapping of a 4 year- old boy who got savagely murdered. In his crimes, Jesse used rope, whips, knifes and pins to mutilate their genitals and faces. Jesse spent a record of 59 years in jail, 40 of them in solitary confinement.
