Kagura received a ton of nerfs but she is still a very good hero if you know how to play her (spoiler alert, Im not good since I only played her a couple of times, but I try my best :p). Flame of Fury is a nice item for poking the enemies, if they get a lot of M.Res. consider buying Astral Wand to penetrate some of it. She is super fun to play so if you are thinking about buying her go ahead and do it but get ready to fuck up a lot when you start learning her, dont be discouraged and keep trying ;D\r
