Well Damn: Parents Take 30-Year-Old Son To Court After He Refuses To Move Out Their House!

A New York couple is fed up because their 30-year-old son won’t leave their home. Now, they’re hoping a judge can force him out. Christina and Mark Rotondo said they gave their son, Michael, his first eviction notice on Feb. 2. The frustrated couple told him to leave the house within 14 days and even offered $1,100 to help him move out. When Michael refused to leave, the couple said they continued to serve him multiple eviction notices to no avail.
