Info from Licensor: "I was driving north in Maryland parkway and stopped at the St. Louis Ave stoplight. Traffic was travelling west and east on St. Louis. The Dark Green SUV was travelling east on St Louis to go North on Maryland Parkway and hit a pedestrian in the crosswalk. She hit the car and rolled on the ground and the suv speed up and drove away without stopping."
