Pub becomes one of the first in North Staffordshire to offer a beer suitable for dogs

The Hopwater Cellar in Newcastle, Staffs, is now stocking Snuffle Dog Beer in chicken and beef flavours. It is believed to be similar to gravy with no alcohol content and is perfectly safe for pooches to drink. Landlord Craig Armstrong, aged 52, from May Bank, said: "It is a zero per cent Belgian beer designed and brewed for dogs.”
