Fascinating 360 degree video from cockpit of red arrows on London flyspace
  • 5 years ago
This fascinating video captures a Red Arrows flypast over London as you've never seen it before – through a 360-degree cockpit video. The flight over Buckingham Palace formed part of events marking the Queen's 91st birthday on June 17. It was filmed from the back seat of Red 5’s jet by SAC(T) Mark Pittaway – one of the Red Arrows’ engineers who travels with the aircraft on transit fights. Known as Circus engineers, this small team of technicians services and prepares the Hawk jets before every display around the globe whenever the Red Arrows operate away from their home base of RAF Scampton, Lincolnshire.
