Summer heatwave to continue in central regions _ 060518

Good morning. Those of us in Seoul will need to brace for more summer heat under mostly sunny skies...

while southern regions will get some relief from the heatwave, with between 5 and 20 millimeters of rainfall expected until the mid-afternoon.

Temperatures will be 5 to 7 degrees lower today in some places,... getting up to 24 degrees Celsius in Daegu. Seoul and Daejeon will be very warm at 29 and 28 degrees respectively.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

The summer heatwave will continue in the central regions of South Korea, while most of North Korea will have warm highs as well.

Beijing is going to have the hottest day of the season on Tuesday with an expected high of 41 degrees.

Sydney had a wet and chilly start to June, sunshine will return on Thursday.

Over in Canada., Vancouver will be covered with lots of clouds with a high of 17 degrees Celsius.

As for South America, Brazil's two major cities will have a wet Tuesday.

Taking you to Europe,...those in Moscow will see showers in the morning, followed by a partly cloudy afternoon.

Lastly to Africa, Cape Town and Addis Ababa will have unstable weather conditions on Tuesday.
