Hi folks
Great to be back! Welcome to my 30 days of eating high fats and no carbs. I'm trying to stabilise my moods, and get rid of pain in the body. Anti inflammatory through foods if you like.
I've made this eating plan up, so please don't follow what i'm doing, and if you do, then I'm not asking you to! :) I'm getting great results all round, feel better, no fatigue, energy and stable mood.
