1988 Cobra BUGG & Secto-Viper G.I. Joe review

This is a review of the large Cobra Island shore defence vehicle, the BUGG (acronymn not explained) and it's driver, the Secto-Vipers. This wheeled vehicle is able to launch a submarine pod and two jet-skis. It's most notable design element, however, are the bubble shapes all over it. The Secto-Viper is a difficult figure to find complete since his bubble helmet and triangle gun are rare. This toy has a lot of neat engineering and features but an overall design that is polarizing amongst collectors.
