NDTV Story: How students help keep the hills alive in Kasauli

The reason why Kasauli is so pristine and beautiful is because the Army and the Air Force work hard to keep it that way. But outside the cantonment area, there is illegal and unregulated construction and that has brought the problems of development in hill stations to the fore with water shortage being a serious issue here. But a neighbourhood school has shown that initiatives can be taken to keep the area green, fresh and beautiful.
