Kerala CM initiates a good cause; will the other states follow

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in the Kerala Assembly made it clear that senior police officials won't be allowed exploit junior policemen for their personal work. Vijayan said that the matter is now being seriously looked into and strict action will be taken against those who violate it. This entire matter was bought up after ADG Sudesh Kumar's family misbehaved with his driver. CM Pinarayi Vijayan has taken the first step. Will other states follow?
