MS Dhoni in trouble, Jharkhand property to be auctioned over loan default | वनइंडिया हिंदी

India’s former cricket skipper MS Dhoni has landed in soup. Dhoni’s property in Jharkhand will be auction due to loan default. Dhoni bought three flats in a ten story building but during the construction the builder and the land owner had a dispute due to which Hudco did not sanctioned the total amount of loan to the builder and asked it to pay the loan amount already given to them.

टीम इंडिया के पूर्व कप्तान महेंद्र सिंह धोनी की झारखंड में प्रॉपर्टी नीलाम की जाएगी। उनकी ये प्रॉपर्टी झारखंड के डोरंडा में स्थित है। इस नीलामी से धोनी को बड़ा नुकसान होगा। धोनी ने डोरंडा में होटल युवराज के पास शिवम प्लाजा नाम की बिल्डिंग में तीन फ्लोर खरीदे थे। 10 माले की ये बिल्डिंग बनाने के लिए बिल्डर ने हुडको से 12 करोड़ 95 लाख रुपए का लोन लिया था। काम के बीच में ही बिल्डर को जमीन मालिक के बीच विवाद हो गया। विवाद के चलते हुडको ने 6 करोड़ के बाद बिल्डर के बाकी लोन की रकम को रोक दिया।
