Filmer captures duck boat struggling in water moments before it sank

A Ride the Ducks boat sank in Table Rock Lake near Branson, Missouri, on July 19, killing 17 people.
In the video, a filmer aboard the Branson Belle showboat captured two duck boats struggling in the water during stormy weather. The filmer said the boat that is farther out in the video was the one that sank.
“Investigators blamed stormy weather for the accident Thursday evening on Table Rock Lake. Winds at the time were blowing as hard as 65 mph (105 kph), according to the National Weather Service,” The Associated Press reported.
