Denver Broncos vs Minnesota Vikings What to Watch. That’s Good Sports delivers the important football things to watch in the Broncos and Vikings first preseason NFL game that will air live on NFL Network. The QB’s are almost all former Broncos. Case Keenum, Kirk Cousins, Trevor Siemian, Paxton Lynch, Chad Kelly & Kyle Sloter.

Case Keenum is of course a former Viking who lead the team to the NFC Championship game after performing the miracle against the New Orleans Saints to Stefon Diggs. Kirk Cousin was pursued by the Broncos but decided to sign with Minnesota. Backup quarterbacks Trevor Siemian & Kyle Sloter both played in Denver, and Broncos fans will be keeping a close eye on Paxton Lynch and Chad Kelly to see who should become the #2 behind Keenum. The starters will play two series in Denver which include Von Miller, Keenum, rookie 5th overall draft pick Bradley Chubb & a fully healthy Demaryius Thomas. Key Broncos who wont play due to injury include Su’a Cravens, Jeff Heuerman, Menelik Watson, and cornerback Tramaine Brock is a gametime decision. Jake Butt will get a lot of reps with Heuerman on the bench.
Minnesota will be testing 3rd year receiver Laquon Treadwell who is having a good camp, and could make the Adam Thielen & Stefon Diggs duo a dangerous trio. The Vikings have big holes on the offensive line due to injuries and need players to step up there if they want to protect their $84 million investment in Cousins.
