According to Reuters, a fire has held up part of an operation by rescue workers to search through tons of concrete and steel from the collapsed Genoa highway bridge in Italy. A spark from metal cutting equipment is thought to have caused the blaze which started in a warehouse under the ruined bridge. The confirmed death toll from the collapse of a 200-meter stretch of the bridge four days ago remains at 38, but officials say there still may be 10-20 more people missing.
