नोटबंदी के करीब दो साल बाद भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने कहा कि बंद किए गए 500 और 1,000 के नोटों की गिनती पूरी हो गई है। रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया ने वित्त वर्ष 2017-18 के एनुअल रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि बंद किए गए 99.3 प्रतिशत नोट बैंकों में लौट गए हैं।
