## Gratitude is a vibrational frequency, higher even, than unconditional love.

### Having an attitude of gratitude, can be one of the most beneficial states that you could ever function at.

### but how do you do that, while life is kicking you in the teeth?

### The best way that I know, is to make a grateful list.

### In this vlog, I discuss the benefits of doing so, and how you can get started, even if you're feeling that you have nothing to be grateful for.

### For the act of getting started, on your grateful list, even by writing down just one thing, puts you into a state of gratitude, that then opens the gateway to higher states and higher realisations, which in turn compounds to even higher states.
