The Korean Series between Doosan Bears and SK Wyverns is into its second game today, with the Wyverns one game up in the best-of-seven series.
We have our Seo Bo-bin currently at the Jamsil Baseball Stadium.
Bo-bin, how's the atmosphere there?
Hi Daniel, I'm out here at Jamsil Stadium and we're about two hours into the game, going into the fifth inning. Fans of both teams are really pumped up, hoping for a win.
Right now the Doosan Bears are ahead 3-to-nothing, but obviously plenty of time still left in the game.
First to take the mound tonight for Doosan was Frankoff. He has 18 wins this season and is one of the Bears' two starters along with Josh Lindblom. Frankoff has been playing well with five strike outs so far.
In the third inning, a hit from the Doosan Bears' Jung Soo-bin put them on the scoreboard and into the lead over the Wyverns.
Then, in the 4th inning there was a homer from the Bears that sent two runners home.
And that's basically where we stand now.
The game is obviously going a bit better for Doosan, who lost game 1, but there's still a couple of hours left, most likely.
In the meantime, the air's getting a bit colder, but that's not hurting the enthusiasm from this sold out crowd at Jamsil.
Daniel.
