Good morning, there's been a huge drop in temperatures in the northern parts of the country including here in Seoul, with the season's first cold wave advisory being issued... strong gusts will only add to the cold weather so bundle up tight.

Highs will be nearly 8 degrees Celsius lower than yesterday, daily highs in the northern regions will be hovering in the mid single digits, you'll need to have a cup of hot tea with you all day to keep warm.

Seoul will get up to 4 degrees, that's nearly 8 degrees lower than yesterday. Busan, Jeju and Gyeongju should have bearable temperatures in the double digits but despite the freezing temperatures, we can at least appreciate the clean air quality.

Stay bundled up ... the cold snap will get even more intense starting Friday, it will hit its peak this weekend with lows plunging to minus 10 degrees Celsius on Saturday.

That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
