Can't bulldoze the Parliament into taking decisions: Venkiah Naidu in RS

Chairman of the Rajya Sabha Venkiah Naidu said on Wednesday that, "The image of the Parliament is taking a beating. People are laughing at us. Please cooperate to see that this House functions in a meaningful manner for the remaining days and pass some resolutions. Issues cannot be dictated."
He said that the Lok Sabha was able to function and the Rajya Sabha should strive to do the same.
