Harry Reid sharply criticized President Trump in a New York Times interview.
Harry Reid, the former Senate majority leader, has shared some harsh thoughts about President Trump in a recent New York Times interview.
"I think he is without question the worst president we've ever had," Reid said. "We've had some bad ones, and there's not even a close second to him."
Reid also stated: "Trump is an interesting person. He is not immoral but is amoral. Amoral is when you shoot someone in the head, it doesn't make a difference. No conscience."
The 79-year-old, who is suffering from pancreatic cancer "does not have long to live," the Times noted bluntly.
Reid joins many other high-profile personalities to slam the president openly.
During an interview with ABC News, retired Army Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal declared that he would not accept a job with the Trump administration if he were offered one, adding, "I think it's important for me to work for people who I think are basically honest, who tell the truth as best they know it."
And when correspondent Martha Raddatz asked if he thought Trump was a liar, McChrystal said, "I don't think he tells the truth."
Raddatz followed up by asking if the retired general thinks Trump is immoral, and McChrystal responded, "I think he is."
