Dog almost drowns in Alabama river full of trash

A dog almost drowns in a flooded Alabama river, packed with garbage on New Year's Day.
"After excessive rainfall our property in Alabama on the Black Warrior River was flooded," said the filmer. "Trash and debris started to quickly accumulate around our pier. After the rain we tried to clean up what we could."
However,the trash was so thick, their dog, Bo, mistakenly judged the water as land and jumped in. Luckily, they successfully rescued poor Bo.
"Even with a happy ending for our pup, it is still very disheartening to see all the trash that gets thrown out and ends up in our rivers," they said.
