Ethereum Constantinople Hard Fork Postponed?

Ethereum Constantinople Hard Fork has been postponed for the second time due to security issues. Subsequently, the Parity team and the Geth team emerged with a new emergency version. They asked the node operators to update to the emergency version to prevent themselves from being forked out of consensus.
