In the Thunderhead Peaks, there is a Vista located North of Revolution's Heart Waypoint. It is an easy, but long run to get to it. You can do it on foot but at the Vista, there is a jump. I only have a lvl 3 springer, but it might be doable with a lesser one, not sure.
