Lokpal meet ends on a positive note

The eighth meeting of the Lokpal Bill joint drafting committee seemed to have ended on a positive note on Monday with Union Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal claiming that 80 to 85 per cent agreement has been reached between the government and the civil society members.
