Cops helpless as riots continue in London

Its day 3 of the London riots. Despite police clampdown, the riot has been escalating rapidly. Amid blames that a toxic mix of poor policing and social deprivation had led to the worst ever violence in London in decades, several buildings in Croydon, south London were set on fire on Monday night. Looting also spread across some of London's most impoverished neighborhoods.
