Court issues obscenity charge against Vidya Balan

After the Ban on Dirty Picture in Pakistan the film has run into an another controversy.Hyderabad court had directed the police to book The actor of the film ,Vidya Balan for posing indecent photographs for the films poster and promos. The court passed the orders on a petition filed by an advocate SK Azad.The judge asked police to book the actor under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code and also under Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986. According to the petitioner, the posters and hoardings of the film were spoiling the minds of the people and causing harm to the society.
