Nair reacts to ISRO report- NewsX

Ex-ISRO chief Madhavan Nair says that if they are serious about it they should release the full text including annexure and enclosures etc. Secondly they have to explain what were the clear findings of the committee and based on which what is the kind of actions which are taken subsequently. These details are not contained in the report. Some of the paragraphs shows that its inaccurate and inconsistence.
