Anna invites Gen Singh to join hands against corruption - NewsX

Anti graft activist and Gandhian Anna Hazare has invited Army Chief General VK Singh to join his campaign against corruption after his retirement. Recalling his own stint of 15 years with Army, Anna Hazare said that more important that the battles fought on the borders is this fight with the rot within the folds of our society. Anna Hazare was speaking in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra when he said this. This is the first time that Anna has thrown open an invitation to the Army Chief who will be retiring this month.
