Twitter unable to block 28 pages due to technical glitch - NewsX

Micro-blogging site Twitter has told the government that due to certain technical difficulties they have not been block 28 accounts. The government had asked social media websites, including twitter, to block content which it blamed for spreading rumours that sparked an exodus of people from the northeast from Bangalore and Chennai.
