NewsX exclusive: Confessions of a naxal

While venturing in the dangerous naxal territory in Latehar district in Jharkhand, News X team was intercepted by a group of heavily armed naxals...This was the same group that carried out the massive attack on the CRPF in Amawatikar area of Latehar last week.The naxal group, that included the women cadre, was armed with SLRs, AK 47 rifles, automatic rifles, walkie talkies and grenades. The News X Special Investigation team was frisked, ids verified and only then were they allowed to speak to their commander who identified himself as Santosh Ji. Though the naxals forced the News X team to switch off their cameras, the naxal leader did make several startling revelations to us.
