Masoom rape case Heavy police deployment across Delhi

Amid protests over minor's rape, the Delhi Police is not taking any chances as far as security is concerned. Many protesters gathered at the police head quarters went berserk for some time. Some even dismantled the barricading that was put up. Police had to use sound systems to appeal for calm. Heavy police deployment is already in places where more trouble is expected. However the police have been instructed to not use force or manhandle protestors.
