Stalking case: Vikas Barala deny summons by Chandigarh police

Vikas Barala denied summons by Chandigarh police after which police pasted the summons outside his house. Haryana BJP State chief Subhash Barala’s son Vikas Barala and his friend were arrested, later given bail, for misbehaving with IAS’s daughter, Varnika Kundu. He was charged with IPC section 365, section 341 and section 511.
