After NewsX exposed the Delhi govt's Dengue helpline to be a sham, it has launched another helpline - but with its own set of problems. 1031 - Delhi govt's anti-corruption helpline that was discontinued by ACB chief Meena - will now also be used as Dengue helpline. The Delhi govt says this is to deal with rush on functioning helpline. It remains to be seen how effective this helpline - which people know to be an anti-corruption line- turns out to be given that the previous helpline was exposed by us to be a clear dud.
