Uzbek girl goes missing in Delhi

A Foreign National who was reportedly kidnapped from Delhi's South Ex area on September 26th. Is still missing, Uzbek National Shakhnoza Shukurova's family has been waiting to see her for a month but Delhi Police has been unable to trace her yet. Although the driver - who was taking her to a birthday party on the day she went missing - has been traced. Police is assuming that this driver could be a key link and the only eyewitness to the incident.
