Teenager's fingers chopped off in WB

Another example of the prevalent lawlessness in West Bengal has emerged with a teenager's fingers being chopped off for opposing his sister's extra-marital affair. The victim is recuperating in a hospital and the police have filed Fir but failed to apprehend the assailants yet.
