NewsX has confronted the BMC junketeers in Andaman in the last 4 days, at least 4 different contradictions have come to light when the corporators were quizzed about the purpose and the usefulness of their visit, from sight-seeing at Ceullar jail in the name of history lessons to meeting Port Blair Municipal Council chief and now visiting non-existent dams in Havelock Island.
The junketeers have shot themselves in the foot by speaking in different voices making it clear that it’s not a study tour but a jaunt.
