Arun Jaitley Slams Rahul Gandhi On Income Scheme: Congress Bluffing People, Bid To Cheat Poor

Hours after Congress president Rahul Gandhi guaranteed a base pay plot ensuring Rs 72,000 every year to poor people, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley Monday censured the declaration, saying the Congress has a "past filled with cheating individuals in name of destitution mitigation" while the Modi-drove government has "effectively given the poor what Congress guarantees".
